Request to be removed from the list

We're sorry to see you go. You can request to cancel your contract here, without calls or in-person visits. Upon submitting the form, you will immediately see a acknowledgment of receipt with the date of your request, and we'll send you a copy by email.

Before you unsubscribe, please note:

  • There is no penalty or cancellation fee: The membership fee has no minimum term.
  • The current monthly payment remains valid: You can continue training normally until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • 30-day notice for memberships purchased from September 1, 2026 onwards: The cancellation takes effect upon renewal following that period. Memberships prior to that date are not subject to prior notice.
  • Cancelling your membership does not delete your PongPlay account: These are two different things. If you also want to delete your account, see Delete account and data.

You don't need to justify your absence. This field is only to help us improve.

We process this data to manage your cancellation request, based on the performance of the contract. You can see how we do this in our Privacy Policy.

Other ways to unsubscribe

This form is not the only way. You can also request to unsubscribe by email to miembros@pongcitytm.com o in person at your club. All three methods have exactly the same validity. We recommend the form or email because they provide written proof of the request date, which is the date that counts for the purposes of advance notice.
